- Store Executive

Location: Kosi Kalan

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inventory, raw materials and daily stock records.
- Conduct physical stock counting and reconciliation (mandatory).
- Monitor tank-wise/product-wise stock, diesel, LDO and LSHS consumption.
- Handle material receiving, issuing, loading, unloading and dispatch records.
- Ensure timely availability of materials for production.
- Maintain accurate physical and system stock records and prepare monthly stock reports.
- Maintain material tagging, PPE stock, First Aid supplies and 5S practices.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance and Head Office.

Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma preferred.
- Relevant experience in store and inventory management, preferably in manufacturing.




- Hands-on experience in physical stock counting is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google sheets and inventory documentation.
- Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- Knowledge of 5S and basic store safety practices

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Diploma preferred.
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in Store/Inventory operations, preferably in a manufacturing/plant setting.
- Candidates should be comfortable working at the Kosi plant.
- Hands-on experience in physical stock counting is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience handling raw materials, chemicals, fuel/oil stocks and dispatch operations will be preferred.
