- System Updates: Record all transactions, stock movements, and reconciliations in ERP systems (such as SAP or Tally).
- Audits &
- Reporting: Conduct periodic stock audits, investigate inventory variances, and generate daily or weekly stock and dispatch reports.
- Vendor &
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with procurement teams, vendors, and internal departments for timely material replenishment, billing, and scrap disposal.
- Store Safety &
- Compliance: Maintain clean, organized, and protected storage areas that comply with company and industry safety standards.
