We are looking for an experienced Java Anchor / Technical Architect with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Microservices, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technical design, architecture decisions, application development, and system integration while providing technical leadership to the development team.

The candidate should have extensive hands-on development experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.

Define and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable application architectures.

Drive microservices-based architecture, REST API development, and enterprise application integration.

Design and implement integrations with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and cloud-native applications.

Provide technical leadership, code reviews, design reviews, and guidance to development teams.

Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, security guidelines, and performance best practices.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.

Support application deployment, CI/CD pipelines, cloud migration, and production releases.





Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices across the team.

Participate in technical discussions, effort estimation, sprint planning, and delivery governance.

Required Technical Skills

1. Java and Backend Development

Strong hands-on experience in Java 8/11/17 or later.

Excellent knowledge of Core Java, OOP, Collections, Multithreading, and concurrency.

Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.

Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.

Strong knowledge of Hibernate/JPA and SQL/relational databases.

2. Frontend Development

Good hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

Experience integrating Angular applications with backend REST APIs.

Understanding of frontend architecture, reusable components, and application performance optimization.

3. Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Integration

Hands-on experience integrating Java/Spring Boot applications with GCP services.

Knowledge of services such as Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, Secret Manager, and Cloud Logging/Monitoring.

Experience with event-driven architecture,



asynchronous messaging, and cloud-based integration patterns.

Understanding of IAM, service accounts, authentication, authorization, and cloud security best practices.

Experience with application deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization on GCP.

4. Architecture and Technical Leadership

Experience designing scalable, distributed, and highly available systems.

Solid understanding of microservices, design patterns, SOLID principles, and domain-driven design.

Experience with API design, system integration, resiliency, caching, and performance tuning.

Ability to conduct code reviews, enforce technical standards, and mentor development teams.

Experience with architecture documentation, technical solution design, and design trade-off analysis.

5. DevOps and Engineering Practices

Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, automated testing, and deployment automation.

Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, integration testing, and code quality tools.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in enterprise application modernization or cloud migration.

Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and application security.

Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or Google Cloud Pub/Sub.

Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.

Experience working with distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
