Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Production Planning & Scheduling

- Prepare and execute monthly, weekly, and daily Production Schedules (MPS/DPR) based on marketing forecasts, open sales orders, and plant capacity.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Warehouse to meet daily output targets.
- Monitor batch execution timelines for SVP, LVP, Liquid Vials, Ampoules, or Dry Powder lines to avoid bottlenecks.

2. Inventory & Material Requirement Planning (MRP)

- Perform regular Material Requirement Planning (MRP) for Raw Materials (API/Excipients) and Packing Materials (glass vials, rubber stoppers, flip-off seals, ampoules, cartons).
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to eliminate stock-outs while minimizing holding costs and waste/expiry.
- Track material availability, pending purchase requisitions (PR), and delivery schedules with the Central Procurement team.

3. Capacity Utilization & Cross-Functional Coordination

- Evaluate line capacity, machine availability, changeover times, and manpower alignment to optimize overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
- Work with QC/QA for timely sampling, release, and testing of incoming materials and finished goods (FG).
- Coordinate with Supply Chain & Logistics for prompt dispatch of released finished stock.

Documentation & ERP Management

- Manage daily transactions, work orders, BOM (Bill of Materials), and inventory logs in ERP/SAP/Tally.
- Maintain accurate records for internal audits, cGMP compliance, regulatory inspections, and management reporting (MIS).
- Analyze yield variances, batch completion reports, and scrap/rejection metrics to drive continuous process improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 3–5 years of core PPIC experience within a Pharma Sterile Injectable / Liquid / Powder manufacturing plant.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of shop-floor planning, yield calculations, batch sizes, BOM structures, and lead times in sterile manufacturing.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally/Custom ERP) and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).
- Regulatory Compliance: Good understanding of cGMP guidelines, WHO-GMP requirements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical capabilities, solid multi-tasking skills, sound problem-solving mindset, and clear cross-departmental communication.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
