Job Purpose To lead and manage the Home Loan business across Telangana, drive business growth, expand the branch network, develop robust distribution channels, and ensure portfolio quality while achieving the companys business and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development: Drive state-level Home Loan business growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual disbursement targets.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the sales team, including Regional Managers, Area Managers, Branch Managers, and Sales Managers.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence across urban, semi-urban, and rural markets.
- Sales & Distribution: Develop and strengthen sourcing channels through DSAs, connectors, builders,



developers, and other business partners.
- Portfolio Quality: Ensure quality sourcing, maintain portfolio performance, and minimize delinquency and credit risk.
- Credit Coordination: Work closely with Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations, and Collections teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Performance Monitoring: Review branch-wise and team-wise performance, sales productivity, conversion ratios, and business pipeline.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales teams to improve productivity and achieve business objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, credit norms, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.
- Business Planning: Prepare state-level business plans, sales forecasts, manpower plans, and expansion strategies.
