Key Responsibilities: Doctor Assistance: Assisting doctors during patient check-ups, physical examinations, and minor clinic procedures.
Patient Care: Administering injections, IV fluids, monitoring vaccinations, and dressing wounds accurately.
Vitals Monitoring: Checking and recording patient vital signs (Blood Pressure, pulse, temperature, sugar levels) before consultation.
Clinic Management: Maintaining complete sterilization, hygiene, and stocking up medical equipment/supplies in the nursing room.
Mandatory Requirements: Education:
ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery), GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery), or B.Sc Nursing degree.
License: Must have an active, valid registration with the Nursing Council.
Experience: 0 to 4 years. (Prior experience in a clinic or hospital setup is a plus, but freshers are highly welcome).
Languages: Must be fluent in speaking Marathi and Hindi.
Basic
English comprehension is preferred.
