Key Responsibilities

- Assess patients' health conditions and monitor vital signs.

- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments as ordered by the treating physician.

- Provide direct nursing care, including personal hygiene, wound dressing, and assistance with daily activities.

- Monitor patients for changes in clinical condition and promptly report abnormalities to the treating doctor.

- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and medication charts.

- Assist doctors during clinical procedures, examinations, and emergency situations.

- Follow infection prevention, biomedical waste management, and patient safety protocols.

- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of medical equipment.

- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment, medication, and discharge instructions.





- Coordinate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.

- Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, ethical guidelines, and confidentiality requirements.

- Participate in handover, shift reporting, and nursing quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

- B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.

- Valid registration with the applicable State Nursing Council.

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or required as per hospital policy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
