Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the end-to-end process of Motor Own Damage (OD) claims for SME clients, ensuring timely and accurate settlement.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Motor OD claims, providing guidance and support to the claims team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, garages, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze claim trends, identify potential risks, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in all claims handling activities.
- Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Prepare and present regular reports on claims status, turnaround times,



and key performance indicators to senior management.

Minimum Qualification and Skills

- Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Insurance Motor claim Relationship Management or related industry.
- Solid knowledge of Motor OD claims processes and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and claims management software.
