Job Requirements
- Candidates must have prior experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Zirakpur market.
- Robust CP (Channel Partner) network in Zirakpur is a must.
- Good knowledge of local real estate projects, property pricing, and market trends.
- Strong client-handling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to generate leads through CPs, manage client relationships, arrange site visits, and close deals.
- Candidates with an established Zirakpur CP network and proven sales performance will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with CPs, property dealers,
and clients.
- Generate qualified leads and drive property sales.
- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
