Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Sales Engineer- Electrical Loaders & Excavators to drive sales and business development for SANY electric construction equipment in the assigned territory.

The candidate will generate current business, develop customer relationships, demonstrate equipment capabilities, negotiate commercial terms, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and achieve sales targets for SANY Electrical Loaders and SANY Electric Excavators in the assigned territory.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct customer visits, market mapping, references, and project tracking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, infrastructure companies,



construction companies, builders, mining/quarry customers, and equipment rental companies.
- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable equipment based on project requirements.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate with internal teams for order closure.
- Coordinate with the Service, Parts, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth customer support. Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, customer requirements, and industry trends.
- Support product launches, customer demonstrations, exhibitions, roadshows, and other promotional activities.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.

Preferred candidate profile : Candidates with experience in Construction Equipment, Heavy Commercial Vehicle sales will be preferred.esponsibilities
