Position: Sr. Manager Production - Machining

Location: Dabaspet, Bangalore

Education Qualification: B.E. - Mechanical

Years of Experience:13-18 Years

:

- Lead and manage day-to-day production activities for fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly operations
- Plan and execute production schedules based on sales/dispatch plan
- Ensure on-time delivery by effective planning and execution
- Drive productivity improvement, reduce downtime and wastages
- Maintain strict quality standards and ensure adherence to QMS (ISO, etc.)
- Implement Lean Manufacturing / 5S / Kaizen practices on the shop floor
- Coordinate with design, planning, procurement, and quality departments
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of production equipment.
- Monitor manpower deployment, allocate work, and ensure discipline and safety
- Provide training to workforce for skill upgradation and safety practices




- Analyse production data, prepare MIS reports and share with management
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and capacity constraints
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory norms
- Solid technical knowledge of fabrication processes cutting, bending, welding, machining, etc.
- Knowledge of fabrication standards, tolerances, and inspection techniques
