Webchefz Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Sr. IT Bidder who can generate leads and business through Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms and handle international clients.

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Mohali, Punjab | Full-time

Interview Process: Initial HR screening will be conducted online. The technical/business discussion and final interview will be conducted at our Mohali office.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Online Bidding, or Lead Generation.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
- Strong skills in lead generation, bidding, proposal writing, follow-ups, and client conversion.
- Good understanding of Web & Mobile Development, Website Design, UI/UX, and Digital Marketing.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.




- Experience working with international clients is required.
- Candidates with a proven track record of generating business/revenue will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, handle business development targets, and consistently achieve monthly lead and revenue goals.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
