– HR RECRUITER

Job Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and selection of suitable candidates.

- Manage job postings on various platforms.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and companies.

- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

- Handle daily hiring requirements and achieve recruitment targets.

Requirements:

- Experience in HR recruitment preferred.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing.

- Ability to manage multiple vacancies efficiently.

- Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
