Role Description The Sr Hardware Design role at CADD Emirates is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai. The role involves end-to-end hardware development, including requirements analysis, circuit design, and hardware architecture for computing and networking systems.

Responsibilities include creating detailed schematics, selecting appropriate components, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware with software and systems, and conducting testing, validation, and troubleshooting of prototypes and final products. The individual will document designs, support production and maintenance teams, ensure compliance with relevant standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of hardware platforms and processes.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in hardware development and hands-on experience with computer hardware.
- Proficiency in circuit design,



including schematics creation, component selection, and analysis.
- Experience in hardware architecture and system-level hardware design for IT and networking solutions.
- Knowledge of industry standards, testing methodologies, and hardware validation processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with EDA/PCB design tools and familiarity with embedded systems is an advantage.
- Proven track record in senior or lead hardware design roles, preferably in ICT or related domains.
