Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring talent for the renewable energy/wind sector. The role involves stakeholder coordination, candidate assessment,

workforce planning, and ensuring timely closure of critical positions while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for wind energy projects.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, databases, social media and other channels.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate evaluation and selection with management.
- Coordinate with site/project teams to understand manpower requirements and deployment timelines.
- Recruit manpower for Wind Turbine Installation, Erection, Commissioning, O&M; and Electrical/Civil projects.
- Source technical and skilled manpower such as Engineers, Technicians, Supervisors, Safety Professionals and Site In-charges.
- Maintain and update candidate database,



recruitment trackers and manpower status reports.
- Coordinate offer, joining formalities, documentation and on boarding of selected candidates.
- Ensure timely deployment of manpower as per project requirements and client timelines.
- Coordinate with HR/site teams for mobilization, joining and employee deployment.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for upcoming wind projects.
- Support recruitment drives and bulk hiring requirements for project locations.
- Coordinate verification of GWO training/certification, technical qualifications, experience and other project-specific requirements before deployment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred.
- Candidate with 2–5 years of recruitment experience.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
