- Prepare detailed architectural working drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
- Develop detailed drawings for toilets, staircases, balconies, façade elements, and other building components.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP drawings.
- Identify drawing discrepancies and resolve coordination issues with the respective engineers.
- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and construction feasibility.
- Prepare revised drawings and as-built drawings as required.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams.
- Review drawings prepared by junior draftsmen and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in high-rise apartment projects.
- Advanced AutoCAD skills and strong knowledge of architectural detailing.
- Positive understanding of building construction and structural/MEP coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
