General Summary:

This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue against our vertical market priorities.

The Demand Generation Manager builds and manages multi-channel campaigns spanning email marketing, webinars, paid media, and events, and works closely with Sales, Marketing Operations, Content, and Product Marketing to ensure programs are aligned to vertical priorities and business goals. This role owns pipeline and revenue targets for assigned verticals, applies demand generation best practices to continuously improve campaign performance, and partners with Sales on lead follow-up, funnel conversion, and shared goal attainment.

Essential Job Functions: *

1. Design, build, and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across email, webinars, paid media, and events to support vertical priorities.
2. Own pipeline and revenue targets for assigned verticals, tracking performance against goals and adjusting tactics as needed.
3. Develop multi-touch nurture and campaign journeys that move prospects through the funnel from awareness to opportunity.
4. Plan, promote, and execute webinars and virtual events,



including content coordination, promotion, registration, and follow-up.
5. Manage paid media programs (search, social, display, and/or retargeting) in partnership with agencies or internal specialists to drive qualified demand.
6. Support and, where needed, help plan in-person or hybrid events, tradeshows, and field marketing activities tied to vertical campaigns.
7. Partner with Sales leadership to align campaign strategy with sales goals, ensure timely lead follow-up, and drive shared accountability for pipeline and revenue.
8. Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate lead scoring, routing, and campaign attribution in marketing automation and CRM systems.
9. Work with Content and Product Marketing to develop messaging, offers, and assets tailored to vertical audiences.
10. Apply demand generation best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and testing, to improve campaign performance over time.
11. Analyze campaign and funnel performance, translating data into insights and recommendations for optimization.
12. Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across channels to maximize pipeline and revenue impact.
13. Establish and report on KPIs including MQLs, pipeline generated, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
14. Maintain a campaign calendar and ensure timely, coordinated execution across channels and teams.
15. Stay current on demand generation trends, tools, and channel best practices, recommending current approaches as appropriate.
