Role Description the Sports Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. The role involves coordinating and managing day-to-day event planning and operations. Planning, executing and supporting event logistics from setup to post-event reporting.
The Sports Operations
Executive will liaise with golf courses, stakeholders, production and design vendors etc. The role requires attention to detail,
the ability to work in a field-oriented environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality sports experiences.
Qualifications
- Effective communication skills to interact with participants, coaches, partners, and internal teams.
- Basic sales and relationship-building skills to support program enrollment and partner engagement.
- Ability to plan and manage sports events or training sessions, including scheduling and on-ground coordination.
- Prior experience in sports operations, sports coaching, or event management is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Ghaziabad and flexibility to work when events and programs are scheduled, including weekends if required.
- Enthusiasm for sports, a proactive approach, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
