? Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with TPAs, insurance companies, and internal operations teams.
- Manage case allocations, follow-ups, and status updates.
- Ensure timely case processing and adherence to prescribed TAT.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational data.
- Resolve operational queries and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Monitor pending cases and ensure timely case closure.
? Eligibility Criteria✅ Qualified doctors with BHMS, BAMS, or BDS degrees only.
✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in TPA / Insurance Operations.
✅ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
✅ Strong follow-up, reporting, and case management abilities.
✅ Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced setting.
? Working Details? Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
? Working Days: Monday to Saturday
? Weekly Off: Sunday
?️ Paid Leave: 1.5 days per month
? Training Period: 7 days (unpaid)
? Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
