Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop current products by designing, developing, and testing jigs and fixtures for plastic injection molding processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches through effective communication and project management.

- Conduct APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.

- Manage DVP (Design Verification Process) projects from concept to production, ensuring compliance with PPAP requirements.

Job Requirements :

- 8-14 years of experience in tool development, NPD (New Product Development), or related field.

- Strong understanding of jig fixture design principles and their application in plastic injection molding processes.

- Experience with APQP methodology, including problem identification, root cause analysis, and solution implementation.
