Role Description This is a full-time, in office Speech Therapist role based in the Greater Vadodara Area.

The Speech

Therapist will assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for children and adults, using standardized tools and clinical observations. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, delivering one-on-one and small group sessions, and monitoring progress with clear, measurable goals. The role involves collaborating closely with families, caregivers,



and a multidisciplinary team (including occupational therapists, psychologists, and educators) to ensure coordinated care.

The Speech

Therapist will also maintain accurate documentation, prepare reports, contribute to case reviews, provide caregiver training and home programs, and participate in continuous professional development and center-based initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Speech Therapy, including assessment and intervention across age groups.
- Competence in managing Speech and Communication Disorders, with ability to tailor strategies to individual needs.
- Experience working with Language Disorders, including expressive and receptive language challenges.
- Knowledge of Dysphagia evaluation and management, especially in coordination with medical and rehabilitation teams.
- Recognized degree or diploma in Speech-Language Pathology or Speech Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Relevant licensure or registration as required by local regulations, and commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with families and caregivers.
- Strong documentation, time-management, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and clinical accuracy.
- Experience in pediatric and/or adult rehabilitation settings is preferred.
- Commitment to ongoing learning, cultural sensitivity, and providing inclusive, non-judgmental care.
