: Spare Parts In-Charge

Location: Gandhidham & Bhuj COCO

Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible Spare Parts In-Charge to manage spare parts inventory and ensure the timely availability of parts at our Gandhidham and Bhuj COCO locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage spare parts inventory, stock records, and inward/outward entries.
- Ensure timely availability and issuance of spare parts to the service team.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for replenishment of parts.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, consumption, and pending orders.
- Coordinate with vendors and the central warehouse for parts procurement.
- Conduct regular stock audits and ensure proper storage of spare parts.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
- Valuable coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Relevant experience in spare parts or warehouse management preferred.
