About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Spa Manager to oversee the overall operations of a premium spa and wellness facility. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in spa management, team leadership, guest relations, service quality, and revenue generation, with a robust focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Spa Operations & Management

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, safety, and professional service.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all spa services.
- Oversee treatment rooms, equipment, inventory, and product supplies.

2. Team Leadership & Training

- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate therapists, receptionists, and other spa personnel.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing during operational hours.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
- Maintain professional grooming, discipline, and service standards across the team.

3. Guest Experience & Service Excellence

- Ensure exceptional guest service and personalised wellness experiences.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Monitor service quality and maintain strong guest satisfaction and retention.
- Build long-term relationships with guests through personalised recommendations and follow-ups.

4. Sales & Revenue Generation

- Develop strategies to increase spa revenue, treatment bookings, memberships, and package sales.
- Create attractive treatment packages, seasonal offers, and wellness programmes.
- Drive retail sales of spa products and wellness-related merchandise.
- Monitor revenue, operating expenses, profitability,



and key performance indicators (KPIs).

5. Financial & Administrative Management

- Prepare and monitor the spa's operating budget and expenditure.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, sales, inventory, staff attendance, and daily revenue.
- Prepare regular operational and financial performance reports for management.
- Ensure efficient utilisation of resources and control operational costs.

6. Brand Standards & Business Development

- Stay updated on spa industry trends, wellness therapies, and customer preferences.
- Recommend new treatments, services, and experiences to improve competitiveness.
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and operational regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in spa and wellness operations, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, premium spa, or hospitality environment.
- Proven experience in managing spa operations, teams, budgets, and revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, wellness services, and service protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, improve profitability, and maintain service excellence.
- Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.
- Professional appearance, guest-centric attitude, and a commitment to high service standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Guest satisfaction, feedback scores, and repeat bookings.
- Therapist productivity and staff performance.
- Effective cost control and inventory management.
- Quality, hygiene, and compliance standards.
- Growth in treatment sales, packages, memberships, and retail revenue.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
