Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop business opportunities for commercial real estate projects

- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial Channel Partners (CPs), brokers and property consultants

- Leverage an established network of commercial CPs to generate qualified leads and drive site visits

- Source potential buyers and investors through direct client relationships

- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients

- Coordinate with internal teams to support lead conversion and business closures

Desired Candidate Profile

- 24 years of relevant experience in real estate, preferably in commercial property sourcing or sales

- Solid network of commercial Channel Partners and brokers in Pune

- Existing database or network of direct clients and investors

- Good communication, negotiation and relationship management skills

- Proven ability to generate leads and build business in the commercial real estate segment
