About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Solar Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial solar installations across key Indian markets. This role offers the chance to shape sustainable energy solutions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in Delhi, Jaipur, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.

Role Description

- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of solar projects, from site assessment and design coordination to commissioning and hand‑over.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost‑effective execution.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal engineering teams to align expectations and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare regular progress reports, risk assessments, and performance metrics for senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices for future projects.

Requirements

- Robust project management skills,



including Project Management and experience coordinating multi-stakeholder solar or infrastructure projects.
- Experience with procurement and supply chain activities, including Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of critical components.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality control standards for solar installations or similar construction/engineering projects.
- Competence in Logistics Management, including planning material movement, site deliveries, and coordination with vendors and transport partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, renewable energy, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, project plans, and contract documents, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams on-site.
- Familiarity with solar PV systems, safety standards, and local regulatory requirements; prior experience in solar or power sector is an advantage.
