Role &

Responsibilities Solar O&M; Engineer

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of solar power plants.

- Monitor generation, inverter performance, and string status.

- Troubleshoot electrical faults and minimize plant downtime.

- Ensure PM activities, cleaning, and maintenance tickets are completed on time.

- Follow electrical safety procedures and HSE requirements.

- Prepare daily and monthly O&M; reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical or EEE.

- 1 to 5 years of experience in Solar O&M.;

- Knowledge of inverters, SCADA, electrical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

- Willingness to travel to assigned sites.
