To plan, supervise and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities while ensuring high equipment reliability, minimum downtime and safe maintenance practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and execute preventive maintenance plans.
2. Supervise maintenance activities for assigned equipment.
3. Assign tasks to engineers/technicians and monitor execution.
4. Review equipment history, breakdown trends and maintenance records.
5. Conduct troubleshooting and technical problem solving.
6. Lead RCA for critical and repetitive equipment failures.
7. Prepare breakdown reports and corrective action plans.
8. Ensure timely completion of assigned maintenance jobs.
9. Coordinate with Production for maintenance windows and equipment availability.
10. Ensure availability of required tools, spares and consumables.
11. Monitor preventive maintenance compliance.
12. Support predictive maintenance activities such as condition monitoring.
13. Implement reliability improvement initiatives.
14. Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety procedures and work permits.
15. Review maintenance checklists and work instructions.
16. Train and guide junior engineers and technicians.

Maintain proper maintenance documentation and records.
18. Report maintenance performance and major issues to the Manager.
19. Support shutdown planning and execution.
20. Participate in equipment commissioning, modification and improvement activities.
Authority:
- Assign maintenance tasks to engineers/technicians.
