Responsibilities Solar Panel Technician / Junior Solar Technician

- Assist with solar panel installation and maintenance activities.
- Inspect solar panels, mounting structures, and electrical connections.
- Perform routine checks to ensure proper system performance.
- Identify and report faults in solar power systems.
- Maintain installation tools and equipment.
- Follow safety procedures during solar installation and servicing.

Solar Installation Technician / Solar PV Technician

- Install solar photovoltaic (PV) panels at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
- Assemble and secure solar mounting structures.
- Assist with DC wiring, cable routing, and inverter connections.
- Support solar system testing and commissioning.
- Read basic electrical drawings and installation layouts.
- Coordinate with engineers and installation teams.

Solar Maintenance Technician / Solar Service Technician

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar PV systems.
- Inspect solar modules, inverters, cables, and electrical components.
- Troubleshoot solar system performance issues.
- Monitor system output and identify abnormal conditions.
- Perform solar panel cleaning and basic maintenance where required.
- Prepare maintenance reports and service documentation.

Solar Electrical Technician / Solar Field Service Technician

- Assist with electrical installation and troubleshooting.
- Inspect DC and AC connections under qualified supervision.




- Support inverter installation, configuration, and testing.
- Check electrical components using appropriate testing instruments.
- Visit customer locations for inspection and maintenance activities.
- Follow electrical safety regulations and company procedures.

Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply for suitable positions.
- Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics / B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or relevant qualifications, depending on employer requirements.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and electrical systems.
- Understanding of solar photovoltaic systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and electrical connections preferred.
- Familiarity with electrical testing instruments such as multimeters.
- Basic knowledge of solar installation and maintenance procedures.
- Previous solar installation or electrical maintenance experience preferred for experienced positions.
- Willingness to work at outdoor installation sites and travel when required.
- Ability to follow electrical safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment.
- Work at heights or on rooftops only with required training, safety equipment, and supervision.
- Positive troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Responsible, hardworking, and safety-conscious candidates preferred.

Salary: Based on position, qualifications, experience, and employer requirements. Job Location: Based on available vacancies and employer requirements.

Work Type: On-site / Field-based / Solar Installation & Maintenance, depending on the position.
