Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Build and integrate Agentic AI and LLM-enabled capabilities into reliable application solutions.
- Analyze complex technical problems, lead troubleshooting activities, and drive timely resolution of production and application issues.
- Provide technical direction to engineers, contribute to architecture decisions, and support the development of reusable engineering practices.
- Improve the efficiency, availability, security, scalability, and operational effectiveness of application assets.

Skills Required:

- 5 - 8 years of experience in software engineering, application development, or a related technical field.




- Robust hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices-based application development.
- Practical experience designing and developing large-scale enterprise software solutions and distributed services.
- Experience applying Agentic AI and large language models to application or business use cases.
- Ability to deliver production-quality software through coding, testing, debugging, integration, and API development.

Good to Have:
- Experience with Generative AI solutions and healthcare technology or healthcare business domains.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
