- Hands-on SQL and MySQL database validation experience for patient, claim, billing, order, payment, shipment, and transaction data, including API-to-DB and UI-to-DB verification.

- Experienced in creating maintainable automation frameworks with reusable utilities, test-data management, setting configuration, common assertions, reporting, and CI/CD execution.

- Strong secondary experience in Java + Selenium WebDriver with TestNG, Cucumber BDD, Maven, Page Object Model, Hybrid/Data-Driven Frameworks, Apache POI, and Selenium Grid.

- Experienced in CI/CD-driven testing using GitHub Actions and Jenkins, with Git/GitHub, Docker, scheduled regression execution, build-triggered automation, and defect reporting through JIRA.

- Hands-on with performance and load testing using JMeter, analyzing response time, throughput, error percentage,



and concurrent-user behavior for high-traffic application flows.

- Uses AI-assisted QA as an accelerator for test-case ideation, edge-case discovery, synthetic test-data ideas, failure summarization, and draft automation generation; final test design, assertions, code review, and defect decisions remain engineer-owned.

- Currently building hands-on capability around RAG-based QA knowledge retrieval, AI-assisted test generation, structured test-case outputs, prompt evaluation, and bounded agent workflows for read-only QA activities.
