Job Title: Social Responsibility & Well-being Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible and people-oriented skilled to lead our social responsibility and well-being initiatives, with a focus on schools, young people, awareness programs, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate social responsibility and awareness initiatives for schools and younger generations.
- Organize and manage school-based events, workshops, and awareness programs.
- Coordinate with school counsellors and relevant professionals to strengthen student well-being initiatives.
- Research and organize reliable psychological, relationship, well-being, and educational resources.
- Support the development of awareness content, programs, and educational materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, counsellors, educators, and community partners.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure programs are executed smoothly.




- Identify relevant social and well-being issues affecting young people and help develop meaningful initiatives around them.

Preferred Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in social responsibility, youth development, psychology, education, or well-being.
- Strong coordination and event-management skills.
- Ability to research, organize information, and work with educational resources.
- Comfortable communicating with schools, counsellors, educators, and young people.
- A proactive, empathetic, and responsible approach to working with people.

Education/Background A background in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Sociology, Counselling, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
