Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Social Media Strategist.

The Social Media

Strategist will plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms, aligned with Primalfitness.in’s brand voice and goals. Daily responsibilities include developing content strategies, collaborating on content creation, optimizing posts for engagement and reach, and managing the social media calendar. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, analyzing audience behavior, and adjusting strategies based on data insights.

Strategist will also engage with the online community, support public relations initiatives,



and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to design, implement, and refine platform-specific strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to plan cohesive campaigns and align content with brand objectives and audience needs.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Public Relations skills to manage brand messaging, interact with followers, and support reputation management.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams is required.
- Prior experience in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus, as is familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels).
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
