Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Write engaging captions, reel scripts, and creative content across different industries.
- Research social media trends and develop fresh content ideas.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for content production.
- Schedule posts, reels, and stories consistently.
- Attend on-site client shoots for photo and video content creation, coordinate shoot activities, and capture behind-the-scenes content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute content shoots.
- Monitor engagement, analyze performance, and prepare monthly reports.
- Develop strategies to improve brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.





Requirements
- Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory, with robust communication and content-writing skills in both Tamil and English.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
- Ability to write creative captions, scripts, and social media content in Tamil and English.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is preferred.
- Comfortable travelling to client locations for on-site shoots when required.
- Creative mindset, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
