Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home.

The Social Media Marketing

Specialist will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to promote Stay Circle’s hospitality and marketing services. The role includes managing social media calendars, monitoring performance metrics, responding to audience interactions, and aligning campaigns with broader digital marketing and branding strategies. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and partners to gather content inputs,



support promotional campaigns, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Regular analysis and reporting on campaign performance will be required to optimize social media activities and support business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience running and optimizing campaigns across major platforms.
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including developing posts, visuals, and stories tailored to target audiences.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage professionally with external partners.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain organized content calendars, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or related industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
