Our client is a growing healthcare media and marketing company based in Jaipur, working with doctors, clinics, and hospitals to build credible, compliant digital presence through patient-education content.

Location: Jaipur (on-site/hybrid)

Experience: 1-3 years in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (healthcare/pharma experience a plus, not required)

About the role

We're looking for someone who can independently own social media execution for our doctor, clinic, and hospital clients, from content planning through publishing and reporting while working within strict compliance guidelines for medical/healthcare content.

What you'll do

- Plan and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, and client profiles for multiple healthcare clients
- Shoot and edit short-form video content (reels, YouTube shorts) and coordinate longer-form video production
- Design static posts and carousels (Canva or similar), maintaining brand consistency per client
- Manage Google My Business profiles, Practo profiles, and review responses within approved guidelines
- Track performance (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare monthly reporting for clients




- Coordinate with doctors/clinic staff to source content material (patient-education topics, practice updates) within compliance boundaries
- Flag any content that may raise compliance concerns to the team lead before publishing — not make the final call independently

You're a good fit if you

- Have hands-on experience managing social media for multiple clients or brands simultaneously
- Are skilled in short-form video editing and basic graphic design
- Understand (or are quick to learn) the specific constraints of marketing in a regulated space, this is not generic influencer-style content
- Can work independently against a calendar and brief, while knowing when to escalate rather than guess
- Are comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led environment where priorities shift
