About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager with Minimum 2 years of experience in managing social media accounts, building organic reach, and growing online communities.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content strategy, audience engagement, and organic growth techniques. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our social media presence and consistently improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Plan, manage, and grow social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Content Planning: Develop monthly content calendars and plan engaging content aligned with brand goals.
- Organic Growth: Focus on increasing followers, reach, impressions, engagement, profile visits, and overall brand awareness organically.
- Reels & Content Strategy: Identify trending topics, reel ideas, hooks, captions, hashtags, and content formats that can improve organic performance.
- Content Writing: Write engaging captions, compelling calls to action, and audience-focused social media copy.
- Community Management: Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions to build an active online community.
- Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor insights and analytics,



prepare regular performance reports, and suggest improvements based on results.
- Consistency & Optimization: Ensure timely posting, maintain brand voice, and continuously improve content strategy based on performance.

Important: Nature of the Work

- This is a 100% organic social media growth role.
- No paid advertising, sponsored campaigns, or ad management is required.
- No graphic design or artwork creation is required.
- The focus is on strategy, content planning, captions, reels strategy, publishing, engagement, and organic growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
- Good understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms, trends, and organic growth strategies.
- Experience in planning content calendars and managing social media accounts independently.
- Strong content writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze social media insights and improve performance.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on consistent growth and engagement.

Compensation & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000, depending on experience and skills.
- Performance Bonus: Additional incentives based on performance and agreed growth objectives.
