Key Responsibilities

- Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
- Develop content calendars and social media growth strategies.
- Write creative captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.
- Monitor engagement, reach, followers, and other social media analytics.
- Research trends, competitors, and new content ideas.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams.
- Support brand awareness and lead-generation campaigns.
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Creativity and interest in social media trends.
- Valuable written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of reels, hashtags, captions, and engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
