Platform Proficiency: Deep understanding of major social networks (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and how content performs differently on each.
Creative & Technical Tools: Familiarity with design/editing tools (e.g., Canva, mobile/DSLR cameras, video editors) and scheduling/analytics platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
