Farmplex is looking for a creative and driven Social Media qualified to join our team.

What you’ll do

- Manage Farmplex’s social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & other platforms
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Create engaging Reels, posts, stories, carousels and videos
- Visit farms/projects to capture real farm activities, crops, infrastructure and farmer stories
- Turn technical farming concepts into simple, engaging content
- Write captions, scripts and social media copy
- Track engagement, reach, followers and content performance
- Stay updated with social media trends and identify opportunities to grow the Farmplex brand
- Collaborate with the farming, marketing and management teams

Who we’re looking for




- 1–3 years of experience in social media / digital marketing / content creation
- Solid understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Good writing and communication skills
- Comfortable shooting basic photos/videos using a smartphone
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools is a plus
- Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and visual content
- Someone who is comfortable visiting farms and working in a hands-on environment
- Agriculture / agri-tech / food / rural business experience is a plus
