EEZALIGN Clinic is looking for a creative and growth-oriented Social Media Strategist to build our brand presence, grow our social media audience organically, and establish our founder as a recognised expert in posture and spine care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media growth strategies for Instagram, YouTube and Facebook.
- Plan engaging reels, content series, hooks, scripts and storytelling formats.
- Build and grow the personal brand of our founder, Dr. Isha Sehdev.
- Analyse trends, competitors and content performance to improve reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content execution.
- Track organic growth, audience engagement,
website traffic and patient enquiries.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in social media strategy and organic growth.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts.
- Robust understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and content analytics.
- Excellent creative thinking, storytelling and analytical skills.
- Healthcare, wellness or personal branding experience will be an advantage.
