About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Social Media Executive who can independently manage and grow the company's social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, managing social media platforms, executing campaigns, and analysing performance to improve brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage the company's social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

Develop social media strategies, monthly content calendars, and posting schedules aligned with business objectives.

Create engaging content, including posts, carousels, reels, captions, and promotional creatives, in coordination with the design team.

Manage the company's LinkedIn presence through industry insights, company updates, service highlights, and thought leadership content.

Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to identify content opportunities.

Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and brand mentions.

Track social media performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports with recommendations for improvement.





Coordinate with internal teams to align social media activities with overall marketing goals.

Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to improve reach and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management.

Proven ability to independently manage social media accounts from planning and execution to reporting.

Experience with social media analytics and tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Buffer, or Hootsuite.

Understanding of brand building, audience engagement, and social media growth strategies.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience

Experience managing social media for digital marketing, IT services, or technology companies.

Understanding of B2B marketing and LinkedIn-based brand building.

Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and paid social media campaigns.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Consistent execution of the content calendar.

Growth in brand visibility, reach, followers, and engagement.

Content quality and campaign performance.

Website traffic and social media-generated enquiries, where applicable.

Timely reporting and independent management of social media activities.
