Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, improve brand visibility, and support digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute social media content calendars and posting schedules.
- Create engaging captions, posts, stories, reels, and other digital content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content creation.
- Research social media trends, hashtags, competitors, and audience preferences.
- Monitor engagement, reach, impressions, followers, and overall page performance.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries professionally.
- Plan and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
- Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with the digital marketing team.
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements based on analytics.




- Maintain consistent brand voice and communication across all social media channels.
- Support promotional activities, events, launches, and company announcements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong written communication and creative content-writing skills.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Familiarity with social media analytics, scheduling tools, and basic digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to research trends and develop engaging content ideas.
- Good organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.

Preferred Skills
- Experience managing multiple brand accounts.
- Knowledge of reels, short-form videos, and audience engagement strategies.
- Understanding of social media advertising and campaign performance.
- Experience in IT, healthcare, or event marketing is an advantage.
