Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive who can independently manage and grow social media accounts for multiple brands. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of organic social media growth, creative content development, brand positioning, and performance analysis.

We need someone who can take ownership of the complete social media process, from developing a strategy and creating brand-specific content to publishing posts, tracking performance, and improving results.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts, primarily Facebook and Instagram, using Meta Business Suite.
- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies and content calendars based on each brand's goals, audience, and identity.
- Create engaging and visually appealing social media creatives, including static posts, carousels, stories, and reels, using design tools.
- Improve organic reach, engagement, audience growth, brand visibility, and overall social media performance.
- Research competitors, trending topics, content formats, hashtags, and industry-specific opportunities.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, tone, and visual quality across all social media platforms.
- Schedule and publish content, manage audience interactions, and monitor account activity.
- Track social media insights, analyze performance, and prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations.
- Develop strategies to improve underperforming accounts and demonstrate progress through measurable results.
- Independently plan and manage the complete workflow, from content ideation to execution and performance reporting.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and organic growth best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management and marketing.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, and organic growth strategies.
- Ability to create professional, engaging,



and brand-specific social media creatives.
- Good understanding of content strategy, audience targeting, engagement, reach, and analytics.
- Proficiency in Creative design tools like Adobe, etc
- Ability to independently manage multiple brand accounts and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn performance insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Experience running and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ads through Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of paid campaign strategy, audience targeting, lead generation, and conversion tracking.
- Good video editing skills for reels and short-form content.
- Experience working with a digital marketing agency or managing multiple client brands.

Mandatory Portfolio & Results

Candidates must share a strong portfolio showcasing social media accounts they have managed and creatives they have developed.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

- Actual growth in followers, reach, engagement, and organic visibility.
- Before-and-after performance insights or screenshots from Meta Business Suite.
- Examples of successful content strategies and creative campaigns.
- Their individual contribution to the results achieved.
- A clear understanding of what worked, what did not, and how they improved performance.

Important: We value proven skills, strategic thinking, creativity, and measurable results over theoretical knowledge alone.
