We’re Hiring: Social Media & Content Growth Executive

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Type: Full-time | In-office

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and social-media-savvy individual to join our team and take ownership of content creation and day-to-day social media growth for our fashion and founder-led brands.

Key Responsibilities

Create and edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos.

Design premium graphics, carousels, stories, and promotional creatives.

Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Understand social media trends, hooks, algorithms, and audience engagement.

Develop content ideas that help increase followers, reach, engagement, and enquiries.

Shoot behind-the-scenes, product, lifestyle, and founder-led content.

Write engaging captions and create content calendars.

Track account performance and suggest improvements.

Coordinate directly with the founder for content shoots,



campaigns, and brand-building activities.

Skills Required

Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).

Positive graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).

Understanding of Instagram and YouTube growth.

Good visual aesthetics and storytelling ability.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take initiative.

- Comfortable shooting content on a smartphone or camera.

Bonus: Experience with luxury fashion, personal branding, AI content tools, and founder-led social media accounts.

We are looking for someone who doesn’t just create content but understands how to make content perform.
