About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Strategist to manage our social media presence, plan engaging content, coordinate shoots, and develop strategies to grow our digital audience. The ideal candidate should be confident in content creation, comfortable in front of the camera, and capable of managing multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies to improve brand awareness, reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Manage and maintain the company's Instagram and LinkedIn pages.
- Plan, coordinate, and handle content shoots, including reels, promotional videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Create engaging content, reels, stories, and posts aligned with brand objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect updates, plan content, and ensure timely posting.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to support business growth and lead generation.
- Maintain content calendars, posting schedules, performance trackers, and reports using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyse content performance and suggest strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for reels, interviews, promotional videos,



and brand content.
- Work closely with designers, photographers, editors, and other teams to ensure consistent content delivery.
- Ensure consistent branding, content quality, and timely execution across platforms.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Strategy, or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn pages.
- Good knowledge of content planning, content creation, reels, and social media trends.
- Understanding of social media ads, audience targeting, and growth strategies.
- Robust communication, creativity, and coordination skills.
- Comfortable handling shoots and appearing in front of the camera.
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and content calendar management.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and coordinate with multiple departments.
- A proactive, creative, and result-oriented approach.
