Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging visual and written content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and community around Wisdom Fragrances: signature collection. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, shooting and editing photos and short videos, writing captions and social copy, and aligning posts with product launches and campaigns.

Creator will monitor trends, respond to comments and messages, collaborate with the marketing and creative teams, and support influencer and partnership activities.



The role also involves tracking performance metrics for social channels and refining content approaches to strengthen brand identity and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media content creation, including copywriting for posts, captions, and storytelling.
- Ability to plan and execute social media strategies, content calendars, and campaigns tailored to luxury and lifestyle audiences.
- Proficiency in photography and short-form video creation, with basic editing skills using common design or video tools.
- Comfort working across major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest) and understanding platform-specific best practices.
- Attention to detail in visual aesthetics and brand consistency, with a keen eye for luxury and fashion-forward presentation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with founders, marketing teams, and external partners.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Prior experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion, or luxury brands is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Media, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Mumbai and managing content production in a studio, store, or event environment.
