Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Responsibilities include developing content calendars, producing copy and visual concepts for posts and stories, and collaborating with designers, marketers, and account managers to align content with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

Daily tasks also include community management activities such as responding to comments and messages, identifying opportunities for brand interaction, and supporting campaign launches and promotions.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media content creation, including writing captions, scripting short-form videos, and conceptualizing posts and stories.
- Ability to plan and manage content calendars, align content with branding and marketing strategies, and coordinate with creative and marketing teams.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), current trends, and best practices for engagement and growth.
- Basic design and visual skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with graphic designers and video editors; knowledge of tools like Canva or similar is a plus.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt tone and style to different brands and audiences.
- Comfort with using analytics tools and insights to refine content strategy and improve performance over time.
