Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves planning and producing platform-specific content (such as short videos, posts, stories, and reels) for social channels including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms. The content creator will brainstorm concepts with the marketing team, write captions and scripts, capture or source visuals, and ensure posts follow brand guidelines and deadlines.

Daily tasks include scheduling and publishing content, monitoring performance metrics, responding to audience interactions where needed, and refining content based on analytics and feedback. The role also requires staying current with social trends,



experimenting with new formats, and collaborating with designers, videographers, and other stakeholders to maintain a consistent brand voice.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media content creation, including ideation, scripting, and visual storytelling for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others.
- Ability to plan content calendars, align posts with campaign objectives, and adapt concepts to different formats and audiences.
- Comfort with basic photo and video editing tools, and familiarity with mobile content creation apps or standard creative software.
- Capability to interpret social media analytics, track engagement, and use performance data to inform content improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional local languages is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site workplace.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with marketing, design, and production teams while maintaining a professional, inclusive approach.
- Previous experience in social media, digital content, or a related field is preferred; a degree or coursework in media, communications, marketing, or related disciplines is an advantage.
