Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and execution-focused Social Media Associate to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media trends, community engagement, and brand storytelling. This role requires someone who can take ownership, execute ideas independently, and contribute to building a solid digital brand.

Immediate Joiners and candidates based in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Namhya's social media platforms for international market.
- Plan, create, script, and execute engaging content across social media channels.
- Create and/or feature in UGC and short-form content when required.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and content formats.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless content execution.
- Support influencer collaborations and brand campaigns.
- Assist in marketing initiatives and overall brand-building activities.
- Track content performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Required Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills
- Prior experience working with D2C brands.
- Experience with influencer marketing and community management.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar).
- Basic graphic designing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Comfortable appearing in or coordinating content shoots.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
