Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, confident and proactive Social Media & Account Manager to manage the social media presence of our brands and support the complete content creation process.

The role involves social media account management, content planning, idea development, trend research, on-camera participation in Reels/videos, coordination with the creative team and monitoring content performance.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable facing the camera and should have a strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and coordinate social media accounts for multiple brands.

· Develop and execute social media content plans in line with brand objectives.

· Research trending topics, Reel formats, sounds, concepts and creative ideas.

· Develop creative concepts, themes, hooks and scripts for Reels and videos.





· Act as an on-camera character/talent in Content (Reels, videos and other social media content).

· Present content confidently and naturally in front of the camera.

· Talent Outreach: Identify, approach and bring in suitable talent, influencers or creators for content and marketing requirements; strong communication skills are essential.

· Coordinate with the photographer, videographer, video editor and graphic designer for content production.

· Brief the creative team regarding concepts, requirements and expected output.

· Direction Skill: Provide creative direction during shoots, including guiding talent and coordinating the overall execution of content.

· Marketing & Editing: Support marketing activities through basic editing and creative tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva etc.; understanding of camera handling and content production will be an added advantage.

· Coordinate shoots and ensure all required content is captured properly.

· Review creatives, Reels and videos and coordinate necessary revisions or improvements.

· Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing of social media content.

· Monitor reach, engagement, views, shares and overall content performance.

· Analyse performance and suggest new ideas or improvements based on audience response.

· Maintain consistency in brand communication,



presentation and visual identity.

· Explore new trends, creative formats and innovative content ideas. · Coordinate with internal teams and management wherever required for content creation and social media activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Management or a related field.

· Good understanding of Instagram, Reels and other social media platforms.

· Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.

· Good communication, presentation and acting skills.

· Solid creativity and ability to generate engaging content ideas.

· Good understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour.

· Strong coordination and team-management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple brands and activities independently.

· Good command of English communication will be an advantage.

· Script writing, content reading and editing skills.

· Basic understanding of photography and camera handling will be an advantage.

· Passionate about content creation, films, digital media and other forms of creative content.

· Prior experience in appearing in Reels, promotional videos or other digital content is not mandatory; confidence and willingness to perform on camera will be valued.

Salary:

Competitive salary based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
